Responding to hyper-mediatized, colliding images, and sensory overload of global despair, Roberto Sifuentes, Aram Han Sifuentes, and jonCates team up to create #exsanguination, a performance where the bleeding body stands in for the displaced, invisible, and forgotten, becoming a site for activism, penance, and reinvention. In this new performance, live performance, the immediacy of glitches, and experimental soundscapes intersect on a concrete runway.
3Arts is proud to partner with High Concept Labs by connecting artists supported through 3AP (3Arts Projects) to HCL’s Sponsored Artist Program. In 2018, Aram Han Sifuentes was selected as an HCL Sponsored Artist to continue developing her project, “Protest Banner Lending Library,” which was successfully funded on 3AP in April 2017.
